Permanent Catalogue of Producer in the Client Portal

To reduce administrative workload, Intergram uses a permanent Catalogue of Producer available in the Client Portal under My Recordings (if you have multiple roles, switch to Producer). The permanent catalogue was created from the most recently submitted catalogue.

What you need to do now
  • No changes: If nothing has changed since last year, no action is needed.
  • You have changes: Add new recordings and/or remove recordings for which you no longer claim producer rights (e.g., rights transfer or duplicate claims resolution).
Why the catalogue matters

The  is the list of recordings for which you claim producer rights. It helps us identify your recordings and pay you remuneration based on broadcasters’ playlists.

How to update the catalogue in the Portal

1) Register a new recording
Log in → My Recordings → Register new recording → switch to Producer (if applicable) and follow the form.
Depending on your needs, you can:

  • add the recording to the Catalogue of Producer (producer rights), and/or
  • submit a Recording Protocol (performers’ performances data).

Important: The Recording Protocol does not register producer rights — producer rights are registered only via the Catalogue of Producer.

2) Edit or remove an existing recording
Log in → My Recordings → switch to Producer → find the recording → open it and edit details or remove it if you no longer claim rights.
Please remove recordings for which you have waived claims (e.g., rights transfer or duplicates).

Alternative option: Excel + declaration

If you prefer not to manage your catalogue online, update the Excel template and send it together with the producer declaration to vyrobci@intergram.cz.
Please state whether you are submitting your complete current catalogue or only additions/removals.
