Television Broadcasting
Television broadcasting refers to the transmission of audiovisual content (e.g., films, series, or news) to the general public. Before starting any broadcast, you must enter into an agreement with Intergram that sets the remuneration for rightsholders and the method of payment. Such an agreement ensures the broadcaster has the legal right to use all music, covering both publishers' and performers' rights, while also ensuring fair compensation for artists and producers.
Even a television channel that is not available via free-to-air broadcasting (but only through cable, satellite, or other providers) must obtain a license.
